mcp server to interact with the x (twitter) api
x-mcp is a local MCP server that lets AI clients search, read, and publish on X while keeping credentials on the user’s machine. i built the tool schemas, stdio server, and OAuth 2.1 + PKCE flow, including local token storage and refresh, because the awkward auth lifecycle is half the product when an agent touches a real account.
